Individual steel rings snap securely into their base and will not open when the binder is dropped. Back-mounted, locking rings can lie flat when not in use, which maximizes storage space and makes the empty binder easier to transport. Binder offers a label holder, exposed rivets and interior pockets that match the cover color for a smooth appearance. Heavy-duty cover is made of sturdy, 32mm chipboard core covered by PVC-free polypropylene.
